Federal Funds Program Analyst – TPS3 – Washington State Department of Transportation

Thurston County, Olympia, Washington

Salary: US$45,596-US$76,464 (annually)

Note: This position includes an approved In-Training plan, therefore, it may be filled at the Transportation Planning Specialist 1, 2, or 3 level.

The Washington State Department of Transportation has an opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual who has strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills to work out of our Capital Program Development and Management office.

The position will work in conjunction with the Federal Funds Planning Specialist, Capital Program Delivery Manager, Deputy Director and others in supporting the office with monitoring, analyzing, and implementing federal funding policies and management guidance.

The position is also responsible for utilizing various systems including CPMS, TEIS, TRAINS, and Cognos to monitor and evaluate the delivery of the federal program.
