GIS IT Specialist 5 – Washington State Department of Transportation

Salary: US$65,580-US$82,236 (annually)

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist to fill the role of Senior GIS Application Developer. In this role, the incumbent will serve as one of the agency’s highest level experts in GIS Application Development. 

The Expert GIS Applications Developer is responsible for creating and maintaining software solutions using GIS technology to support the traveling public and the agency’s needs and general enterprise growth.

The incumbent will perform highly complex specialized system design, installation, deployment, troubleshooting and maintenance, and general problem resolution for major agency systems.
