Navtech Radar presented its advanced incident detection system at ITS America in Phoenix last week (April 22-25), which can detect road users of all kinds, in any light or weather conditions – even snow. Here Tom Davies, managing director at Navtech, explains a bit more about how the system works and the uses it can be put to.
