eCall is an initiative that aims to use bring rapid assistance to motorists involved in serious collisions in the European Union. eCall-equipped vehicles will be able to automatically provide essential details to emergency services, thereby saving lives, as well as improving congestion because the response teams can be deployed to resolve issues more quickly.
