At the ITS America Conference & Expo in Phoenix, Arizona, this week (April 22-25) Jatish Patel, CEO of Flow Labs, is showcasing Flow RT, a system that combines multiple data sources and harnesses artificial intelligence to create digital twins that not only enable traffic management strategies to be planned in advance, but can also facilitate live reactions to events, and even predict crashes before they even happen. Accessing the platform via a VR headset also points the way to a future where traffic managers could begin operating in a 3D world.
