This lighthearted video – the sequel to the episode that we shared last week – outlines Orange County Transportation Authority’s (OCTA) plans for its I-405 improvement project, which include replacing 18 bridges, as well as building new and widened ones. The bridges will improve access to and from the road and ultimately will significantly reduce congestion.
