Highways England have released this video simulation that shows its plans to improve the A303 road, including a new tunnel under the Stongehenge World Heritage Site, in Wiltshire, UK. A public consultation on the proposal begins today (February 8) and runs until April 6, 2018. (Note: this video has no sound).
