The UK’s Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) is partnering with delivery company Magway to develop a concept that could see parcels transported via an underground ‘delivery pipeline’. The pipeline could help to reduce the amount of freight vehicles on roads, ultimately cutting congestion, as well as improving air quality.
