The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is installing new radar-equipped wildlife crossing signs along Route 73. When the signs detect large animals (such as deer) in the vicinity, they flash to alert drivers. The signs are being placed on a one-mile stretch of the road that has seen nearly 100 deer-related collisions in the past four years.
